1. About us
This site is operated by Smile Shine Ltd, United Kingdom. Contact: support@buysmileshine.com, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by card or the wallet options shown.
4. Delivery
We dispatch to the address you give at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and 30-day guarantee
If the kit isn’t for you, email support@buysmileshine.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full. This is in addition to your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, sealed brush heads that have been opened cannot be resold, but this does not affect your refund under our guarantee.
6. Product information
SmileShine products support everyday oral hygiene and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or dental condition. Speak to your dentist about concerns specific to your teeth and gums.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
